World's Strongest Man - Phil Pfister
Our good friend and neighbor, Phil Pfister, is headed to Anaheim, California, to defend his title. The World's Strongest Man finals will be held September 21 - 23. Phil has once again made a strong showing, reaching the finals, to compete against rival strongmen from Poland, Estonia, Sweden and England.
Good luck, Phil. Bring back another title!!

It's worth noting that Phil Pfister is the first American "Strongest Man" since 1982. He represents the best of West Virginia, and we can each find inspiration from his work ethic and attitude.
Pfister told The State Journal he wants to “give a sense of encouragement that any person in West Virginia can achieve if they try to follow their dreams.” Best of luck Phil, win or lose this year, we're proud of you!

I agree with Karan! Phil had a strong show amidst incredible competition. At the end of it, he remains America's strongest man!
